CARACTERÍSTICAS

Tinta serigráfica à base de resinas vinílicas e solventes orgânicos.

INDICAÇÓES

Para impressão serigráfica sobre vinil, PVC flexível ou rígido, poliestireno, acrílico, policarbonato e outros plásticos derivados de PVC. Também indicado para impressão sobre polietileno tratado.

PROPRIEDADES

Tinta de acabamento brilhante, ótima cobertura, flexibilidade e longa durabilidade quando exposto ao exterior e resistente à luz.

• PREPARAÇÃO DO SUBSTRATO: O substrato deve estar isento de impurezas, gorduras ou desmoldantes. No caso de PVC muito flexível verificar se não existe migração do plastificante que prejudique na aderência da tinta.
• PREPARAÇÃO DA TINTA: A tinta deve ser agitada antes do uso e diluída de acordo com a necessidade, utilizando Solvente Vinílico V.1090 ou Retardador Vinílico V.1095 em climas quentes e secos. A quantidade de solvente ou retardador é de aproximadamente 10%. Todas as cores são miscíveis entre si. 
• PREPARAÇÃO DA MATRIZ: Em nylon ou poliéster de 77-150 fios, utilizando Serifoto Emulsão Fotográfica Resist Solvente E.5005. MÉTODO DE APLICAÇÃO Indispensável imprimir com a matriz fora de contato com o substrato, em rodo de dureza médio-alta (65-75 shores) e corte vivo, ângulo de 450, velocidade média e pressão forte. O substrato deve estar fixado à mesa de impressão por meio de vácuo ou Adesivo de Tack E.5050, utilizar mesa dura e lisa para impressão.

SECAGEM:

Tinta de secagem ao ar ambiente, livre de toque em 5 minutos, manuseio em 1 hora
e secagem total de 18 horas. Podendo ser acelerado com calor, estufa ou ar quente
não ultrapassando 800C. Para evitar blocagem no empilhamento, aguardar secagem
total da tinta para completa evaporação dos solventes.

Obs: As cores podem variar de acordo com as configurações de seu monitor.
