CARACTERÍSTICAS

Tinta serigráfica brilhante à base de resinas poliamídicas e solventes orgânicos de secagem ao ar.

INDICAÇÕES

Para impressão serigráfica sobre filmes de polietileno de baixa e alta densidade TRATADO, filmes de EVA, celofanes e papéis em geral. Muito utilizado para impressão de sacolas de polietileno (sacolas promocionais).

PROPRIEDADES

Tinta de acabamento brilhante, ótima cobertura e muito flexível, longa durabilidade ao exterior e à luz.

PREPARAÇÃO

• Do substrato: Quando a impressão é feita sobre filmes polimerizados de polietileno, polipropileno e EVA, é necessário que o material esteja tratado (tratamento corona) para aderência da tinta.


Para os demais materiais, os requisitos normais. Na tabela abaixo, como referência, nossa
intenção ao apresentá-lo é apenas orientadora, pois os níveis mais usados na prática, pelos
fabricantes de filmes, serviram como parâmetro para o desenvolvimento de nossos produtos. Material e tratamento indicados:

• PEBD Polietileno de baixa densidade 37 a 38 dinas
• PEAD Polietileno de alta densidade 40 a 41 dinas
• PP Polipropileno 41 a 42 dinas (DINA - unidade de medida usada no processo de tratamento Corona).

• Da tinta: A tinta deve ser agitada antes do uso e diluída de acordo com a necessidade, utilizando Solvente Seribrill P.8090 e Retardador Seribrill P.8095 em climas quentes e secos. Todas as cores são miscíveis entre si.

• Da matriz: Em nylon ou poliéster de 77-120 fios utilizando Serifoto Emulsão Fotográfica Resist Solvente E.5005.

MÉTODO DE APLICAÇÃO

Indispensável imprimir com a matriz fora de contato com o substrato, em rodo de dureza médio-alta (65-75 shores) e corte vivo, ângulo de 45º, velocidade média e pressão forte. O substrato deverá estar fixado à mesa de impressão por meio de vácuo ou Adesivo de Tack E.5050, utilizar mesa dura e lisa para impressão.

SECAGEM

Tinta de secagem ao ar ambiente, livre do toque em 5 minutos, manuseio em 1 hora e secagem total em 18 horas, podendo ser acelerada com calor, estufa ou ar quente não ultrapassando 80ºC. Para evitar problemas de blocagem no empilhamento, aguardar secagem total da tinta para completa evaporação dos solventes.

IMPORTANTE

Quando aplica fundo branco para depois imprimir outras cores sobre ela, aguardar mais tempo de
secagem devido a alta concentração de pigmento no Seribrill Branco.
